The Weird West
A man in his early twenties with a full beard and laughing eyes
Jefferson Randolph “Soapy” Smith is perhaps on of the most notorious con men in the West. His gambling hall and saloon, the Tivoli Club, runs rigged games and he’s always got other schemes in the works. Soapy is up to his eyeballs in the corruption of Denver officials, with most of them in his pocket. He’s also a practitioner of magic, which may help with his cons.
Soapy also has a kinder side: he’s known for making frequent donations to charitable organizations and every week travels out to the poor areas of town to distribute free food.
